1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Full Refund: Customers are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation is made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service.
- Partial Refund: If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled service, customers may be eligible for a partial refund of up to 50%, depending on the circumstances and service provider’s policy.
- No Refund: For cancellations made on the day of the service or after the service has started, refunds are generally not available unless special circumstances are demonstrated (e.g., medical emergencies or service provider failure).
2. Service Provider No-Show
If a service provider fails to show up for the scheduled service, the customer is entitled to a full refund, and we will work to provide a replacement service provider, if available.
3. Dissatisfaction with Services
- If the service provided does not meet the expected quality standards or if there are issues with the completion of the service, customers must report the issue within 24 hours after the service is completed.
- We will investigate the complaint and may issue a full or partial refund, depending on the outcome of the investigation.
- Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction that is subjective and unrelated to the actual completion or quality of the service.
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.
- Any bank or transaction fees incurred during the refund process are non-refundable.
5. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services that require upfront purchases or have high preparation costs (e.g., events, specialized equipment) may be non-refundable after booking. These conditions will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
6. Disputes
If a customer or service provider disputes a refund, 256.services will mediate the situation and work towards a fair resolution. Our decision regarding the refund will be final.
